GENERAL REGULATION

The rules to be observed in our b&b are not only those established by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect. The customer who, due to improper use, negligence or carelessness, causes damage to the b&B, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the amounts necessary for repairs, replacements and cleaning of the case.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

At any time of the day or night, Guests cannot allow people who are not staying in the b&b to enter the room and who, therefore, have not been duly registered. Maison Fleurie respects and protects the privacy of its Guests in accordance with law 675/96 and Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003.

OTHER SIMPLE RULES

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, including landings and balconies. Observance of this simple rule stems from the need to protect non-smokers or those who will come after, as well as from a fire prevention standard.

It is strictly forbidden to turn on one's own stove or consume food in the room.

Do not leave chargers plugged in when not in use

It is forbidden to leave the battery chargers connected when they are not being used

It is forbidden to throw anything into the toilets

We invite our Guests not to leave any effects unattended. Any problem will be charged to the Guest of the room including the technical intervention and the restoration of the systems. 
The rooms have safety deposit boxes, therefore we invite our guests not to leave any effects unattended. Maison Fleurie declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects owned by the customer.

Systematically close the windows when heating or air conditioning is in use and maintain a reasonable temperature in the rooms.

​ SUPPLY OF BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LINEN

The cleaning of the rooms and the bathroom is daily. The bathroom linen (face towel, guest towel and shower towel) is replaced free of charge every 3 days. If the Guest requests an additional change, a payment of 3.00 euros will be required. The bed linen (sheets) is replaced every 3 days. If the Guest requests an additional change, a payment of 5.00 euros will be required.

 CHECK-OUT

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 11.00 a.m. to allow the employees to carry out the cleaning, except in the case of late check-out to be agreed with the Maison Fleurie managers. After 12.00 a.m. without the room being vacated, an additional day's stay will be charged. Once the room has been vacated, Guests who wish to do so can continue their visits or shopping and leave their luggage. Maison Fleurie declines all responsibility for the loss, theft and/or damage to objects owned by the client, left in the rooms for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.
